每到學(xué)期末，在蘇城外國語學(xué)校

會流行一個詞——“三方會談”，

名字聽起來有點嚴肅，其實很有趣！

At the end of each semester, Soochow Foreign Language School holds three-way conference in the school community, which may sound a little bit serious but it turns out to be fun and educational.

我們以孩子們的視角理解并參與他們的成果分享，讓我們走進PYP幼兒園，作為終身學(xué)習(xí)者，聆聽孩子們的聲音。

We understand and participate in their achievement sharing from the perspective of children. Let us walk through the PYP kindergarten and listen to the voices of children as lifelong learners.

在線上，老師們一個個化身為”主播“與家長學(xué)生互動交流。一場溫馨而又愉快的直播正如火如荼地展開，快去一探究竟吧!

Due to the epidemic prevention and control, the teachers turned into "anchors" and started a live broadcast with parents and children. A warm and pleasant live broadcast is in full swing, go out and find it!

一句句稚嫩的話語，一個個小小的目標，

都是孩子們對自我的肯定以及對未來的憧憬。

The childish words and small goals are all children's affirmation of themselves and their vision for the future.

消毒、測溫、口罩、健康碼……1月25-26日，蘇城外國語學(xué)校PYP小學(xué)“三方會談”在精準防疫下，各年級分批有序進行。

Disinfection routines, temperature measurement, wearing masks, checking health code……On January 25-26th, the three-way conference in PYP primary school of SCFLS is taking place with precise epidemic prevention.

每個教室里，老師、學(xué)生、家長三方圍坐侃侃而談。每組家庭的“暢談”，老師們用了一個學(xué)期時間來精心準備——悉心了解每一位學(xué)生的特點、給予學(xué)業(yè)上針對性的專業(yè)支持，力求在會談中給到孩子和家長最具體的個性化學(xué)習(xí)建議……

Teachers, students, and parents sit in groups and talk freely in each classroom.To promote better communication, teachers make careful preparations to provide tailor-made support and recommendations for each student based on their learning.

細心的班主任還為每一位學(xué)生準備了一本《寫話集》，將學(xué)生平時的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容收錄其中，受到了家長的一致好評！

One of the homeroom teachers even made a collection of students work and received recognition from parents.

在交談中，老師們摒棄了對比和評判的方式，轉(zhuǎn)而以學(xué)生為中心，引導(dǎo)他們和老師、父母一起聊聊自己的校園經(jīng)歷、學(xué)習(xí)心得，以及在蘇城外國語學(xué)校的收獲和反思。

During the meeting, teachers provide opportunities for students to talk about their campus life, achievements and reflections.

家長在這個過程中也充分參與互動評價，形成了針對性的溝通，增強了評價的實效性，對家校合力促進學(xué)生發(fā)展起到重要的推動作用。

Parents are also involved in the interactions, which promote the development of the learning community.

短短兩天時間，蘇城外國語學(xué)校PYP小學(xué)完成了“三方會談”活動?；顒与m已落幕，但在孩子們心中播撒下的“被關(guān)注”與“被傾聽”的種子，卻已悄悄生根發(fā)芽。

In the past two days, every student is being valued and listened in the three-way conference of Soochow Foreign Language School.
