      PYP探究實錄 | 圣誕工廠“招兵買馬”,職等你來!

       圣誕節(jié)即將到來 ,

      圣誕老人的工廠正在忙碌的運作。

      孩子們的愿望實在是太多了,

      圣誕老人需要更多的“小精靈”來幫忙!



      玩具組裝員、麋鹿飼養(yǎng)員、

      禮物包裝員、圣誕服裝設計師……

      各種崗位等你來應聘!


      Christmas is approaching. Santa’s factory is busy dealing with all kinds of wishes from the children. He needs more elves to help! Toy assembler, elk breeder, gift wrapper, costume designer... Various positions are waiting for you to apply!

      這是二年級的UOI結題展!



      他們在超學科主題“我們如何組織自己”這個單元中圍繞“人們通過工作分擔社會責任”這一中心思想展開了一系列探究。


      This turns out to be the UOI exhibition of Year 2. They have been inquiring into jobs under the transdisciplinary theme “How we organize ourselves”.



      通過探究,他們了解到人們在工作中擔任著不同的角色和責任,每份工作都對社會產生重要的影響。


      在此次結題展中,

      他們需要運用所學施展才華,

      結合“圣誕”主題,進行職場初體驗


      Through inquiry, they understand that people share different roles and responsibilities through work and every work has an impact on the society. In this exhibition, they need to use what they have learned in the unit and apply for jobs for the first time in the setting of Santa’s factory.



      Job fair - Delivering resume


      要參與圣誕工廠的招聘,首先他們需要了解每份崗位的責任和要求,比對自己的特長和興趣,選擇適合自己的崗位投遞簡歷。


      “職場小達人”真是身懷絕技,

      或手寫,或DIY

      個個簡歷都做得精美絕倫!


      To apply for jobs, they first need to understand the responsibilities and requirements of each position, and then know their own strengths and interests, so that they can choose the most suitable position to deliver their resume. Our "workplace experts" are really skilled, and their resumes are exquisite!

      Job fair - Having interview


      “職場小達人”來到展位前,緊緊地攥著簡歷,似乎有點緊張。多人競崗,激烈比拼,讓孩子們從中明白工作的來之不易。


      The students came to the booth and held their resumes tightly, seeming a little nervous. So many people competing for a position, the fierce competition makes the children understand that work is hard-won.

      面試過程中,“職場小達人”將自己的個人信息、特長、愛好、應聘理由等娓娓道來,流利自信的表達,充分展現了勇于嘗試、善于交流的培養(yǎng)目標。


      They introduced their personal information, advantages, hobbies, and reasons for applying fluently and confidently, fully demonstrating the leaner profile attributes risk-takers and communicators.



      當天的圣誕招聘會中,每位老師都配備了“小精靈“助手,他們幫助老師整理收集”職場小達人“的簡歷,很是認真專業(yè)。


      In the job fair, every teacher was equipped with an elf assistant. They helped collect the resumes from others carefully and professionally.




      Job fair - Getting offer


      經過自己的努力,拿到了心儀的offer,

      更收獲了自我認同、社會認同和對職業(yè)的理解。


      老師們仿佛看到了長大了的孩子們,孩子們也對自己的未來充滿期待!


      Through their endeavor, most of them have got their favorite offer, more importantly they have gained self-identity, social identity and a deeper understanding of work. Teachers also witnessed the growth on the students.
