For each school, the implementation of IB programmes and the continuum of them is a journey. Transition between Kindergarten and primary school does not only refer to the connection of school life and curriculum experience, but also lies in the collaboration and dialogues between teachers, with the purpose of breaking the current situation of the separation of learning stages.
